Country Tails Dog Grooming Salon is situated in the outskirts of Larne, Country Antrim. Run by Georgina Lennon, the aim of this salon is to provide dogs with a happy and stress-free experience of grooming that they will enjoy every time they visit.
About Me
Country Tails is run and operated by Georgina Lennon. Qualifying from Smart Pets International Dog Grooming School in Bangor, this establishment is Northern Ireland's first and longest running City and Guilds training centre. Qualifying with a distinction in City and Guilds Level 3 intro to professional dog grooming and styling, Georgina has also trained in pet first aid and cpr.

That's why whilst grooming, we provide a routine check of your pet noting any abnormalities, such as lumps or warts, parasites, skin problems etc. Although some issues may only be minor, this means you can bring them to the attention of your vet to ensure early detection of any possible illness.
- Grooming aids in removing dead skin, debris from fur and prevents hair from becoming matted or tangled. When a dog's coat becomes matted it can be extremely painful, and preventing this by regular grooming helps both the condition of the coat and skin.
- Regular brushing helps to distribute oils throughout the dog's coat, and also helps improve blood circulation.
